Peach Juice Concentrate
Product’s description
Product presentation: This is an ingredient obtained from healthy, ripe peaches, which can be used in a wide range of products thanks to its natural color and taste.
Our products are manufactured under hygienic conditions suitable for food production, in compliance with all applicable laws and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations, and with traceability at every stage.
Appearance: Concentrated peach juice, with no obvious browning or gelatinous particles. There must be no moving particles, stains, insects, insect parts or other foreign bodies. Peach Puree, Homogeneous Fruit Puree.
Taste - Odor: It has the unique taste and odor of peach, fresh and free from any other undesirable taste such as those formed due to excessive heat treatment, fermentation or any other taste.
Shelf life and storage: Peach juice concentrate can be stored at -18°C for 36 months / Peach Puree, 18 months at normal storage temperature.
Packaging: Non-aseptic HDPE bags are packed in food-grade lacquered metal drums. Seals are widely used on the outside of metal drums.
Label information: Labels include appropriate batch number, barrel number, net and gross weights, production and expiration dates, storage conditions, Brix and acidity.
