Katsu Sauce 210ml

A thick brown sauce with a sweet-salty, slightly acidic taste. It draws its rich flavor and umami from the vegetables and fruit it contains. Considered Japan's ketchup, it is traditionally used for katsu, but also goes perfectly with breaded meat, fish and poultry, as well as omelettes, fried rice and raw vegetables.
