Sweet Chilli Sauce for Spring Roll 20L

A mild, slightly sweet chili sauce, with characteristic of aroma and flavour of Thai cuisine, made with pickled chili peppers, a touch of garlic and finely grated turnips and carrots. Ideal as a dipping sauce for fried and fresh spring rolls, samoussas and ravioli. It can also be served with meats and vegetables.
