A unique-tasting béarnaise recipe to bring a touch of originality to your plate. This rich, balanced sauce owes its secret to tarragon, a subtly aniseed-flavored aromatic herb. 

Caractéristiques : Tender and creamy, our Béarnaise tarragon sauce (2%) combines sweetness and flavor with its buttery, finely spiced taste.

Enjoy with: red meat, such as a good beef steak, but also salmon or oven-grilled white fish, asparagus or potatoes.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, water, vinegar, powdered EGG yolk (powdered EGG yolk, salt, glucose syrup), sugar, tarragon, sea salt, lemon zest, flavor, color: beta-carotene.
