Nduja is one of the most famous, if not the most famous, among the typical Calabrian food products. Nduja is a soft, spreadable and spicy pork salami. It is typical of Monte Poro - Spilinga. The 'nduja, already matured in the orba, is placed in a jar with the addition of only a drizzle of olive oil and subsequently pasteurized. Without dyes and preservatives.
It is perfect for the preparation of bruschetta, first courses and for savory pastries.
