White wine- Malvasia DOC Colli Piacentini

Production Manual harvesting of selected, very ripe grapes in perfect sanitary condition. Pressing with a soft press and fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 20°C and subsequent aging on the noble lees for three months. The resulting wine is bottled and marketed in the spring following the year of harvest.

Organoleptic characteristics:

COLOR: Brilliant straw yellow.

BOUQUET: Aromatic and persistent with notes complex notes of elderflower and sage.

TASTE: Harmonious, balanced and persistent.

ALCOHOLIC GRADATION: 12.5 % vol.

Food pairings: Ideal accompaniment to appetizers, delicate first courses, seafood and white meats. Also excellent on its own and with cheese-based aperitifs
