Product’s description
Production Early manual harvesting of grapes selected and in perfect health. Pressing with soft press and fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 18°C. Re-fermentation in autoclave at low temperature and short period of maturation on yeasts.
Organoleptic characteristics:
COLOR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. A refined sparkling wine with a persistent perlage.
BOUQUET: Intense and fruity with complex notes of floral bouquet.
FLAVOUR: Full, balanced, slightly savory.
ALCOHOLIC GRADATION: 11.5% vol.
Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, accompanies appetizers and first courses with vegetable and fish sauces.
