Lean Pork

It is a product prepared with meat from the pork shoulder and with lean meat without tendons, cartilage,ligaments or bones. Minced and mixed with potato starch, spices, additives and flavourings. It is matured and heat-treated to ensure cooking and sterilisation. It is pink with a characteristic odour and flavour.
