Organic White Quinoa

Quinoa is an almost complete food: it has a very high content of proteins with a high biological value and is rich in lysine, an amino acid lacking in cereals. It also contains mainly low glycaemic index carbohydrates and noble fats, sodium, iron, zinc and copper. Use it to prepare tasty cold salads, appetising soups or as a binding agent!
