The base wine is partially matured in barrels and the draw is limited, which makes it a rare cuvée. The bottles age for a minimum of five years in the cellar before disgorging. This exceptional cuvée reveals a pure, floral nose with notes of white flowers. The palate, all in finesse, is lively, on the minerality with aromas of white fruits.
