Fourmage

Fourmage or cheese with four types of milk: buffalo, sheep, cow and goat milk were combined in this fine cheese. 

The combination of these four grass-fed milks seems to have composed my favorite cheese symphony "Deliciosa". 

It’s just an amazing cheese, creamy and full of layers on layers of flavor. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll want more and more.
