Our confectioners and calissonniers have developed 11 variations of the traditional Calissons d'Aix-en-Provence, a speciality of our company since its creation in 1874. 

The "Fé" PARLI are made from the essential ingredients of the Calisson and our original recipe - whole almonds, candied melon and candied orange peel - to which are added our candied fruits and other natural extracts. Without being denatured, the unique flavour of the PARLI Calissons is thus sublimated with fragrant notes that will delight the taste buds of the finest gourmets.
