Andalusian tradition specialty, cooked from 88% fresh vegetables only (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers). No colourants or preservatives. Appertized product. Shelf life 3 years. Serve very fresh. Serve with small fried garlic croutons, a handful of chopped herbs (basil, chives, parsley), possibly add a few drops of tabasco. Original: decorate small cubes of vegetables used in the preparation of gazpacho itself.
