Caramelized SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK - Dulce De Leche

It is a real pleasure to introduce our new addition to the DANA Sweetened Condensed Milk family.  Our Dulce de Leche is made directly from slowly heating sweetened condensed milk to caramelize it.  The recipe that originated from Latin America is known to be a commonly used confection in many types of pastries.  The product is based on cow milk and has a dark-brown colour with the taste of caramel candy.  Our Dule de Leche (caramelised condensed milk) can be served as a sweet spread or used to flavour food and pastries.  It is currently available in tins of 380 gram and 1 kilogram sizes.
