It’s a delicious fresh dairy spun paste, made from cow's milk. Its unique flavor is in the process where a thin layer of mozzarella encloses a soft center of stringy scraps of mozzarella, stirred into cream, and twisted shut at the top without head by our master cheese makers that create a sphere of goodness. Handcrafted from dairy Delizia s.pa in Puglia, this product has a deliciously creamy consistency, with a delicate aroma of cream, as required by the Apulian tradition.
