Product’s description

Like their sisters with granulated sugar they are one of the best known sweets of the Carnival period. Their dough is prepared with eggs, butter and Trebbiano DOP wine from Romagna, which is then carefully hand-worked in order to create their characteristic shape. At the end of the process we drop a light snow of powdered sugar.
