Product’s description

Like their mini sisters with granulated sugar they are one of the most popular sweets of the Carnival period. Their dough is prepared with eggs, butter and Romagna DOP wine, which is then finely worked by hand giving them a more subtle aspect. At the end of the process we drop a light snow of powdered sugar. Their lighter and more practical shape makes them a great snack even when you're in a hurry. Made with 100% Italian flour, sugar and eggs.
