A delicious blend of organic wholemeal ancient grain flours: spelt, emmer and einkorn, and our wholemeal bread flour carefully mixed with teff grain, sunflower, poppy and brown linseeds. The result is a flour packed with flavour and texture, which bakes into a flavoursome, slightly closed, yet soft crumb wholemeal seeded bread. Works well in bread machines or as a hand bake.
