Product’s description
Milled from sustainably-grown organic spelt, this soft ancient grain flour is creamy in colour and mildly nutty in flavour. It can be used like regular plain white flour and is great for all types of baking. For bread baking, it can also be used in a bread machine. Spelt was widely grown in Roman times and legend has it the Roman army called it their “marching grain”. Doves Farm was the first to reintroduce spelt to UK soils.
