- Traditional dry
Traditional tomatoes dried under the sun of the Aegean Sea, commonly used for industrial marketing. Tomatoes require a drying process lasting from 5 to 7 days, with salt and sulfur as preservatives. Packaging alternatives are (corrugated) in bulk or vacuum bags;
- Ready to eat
After blanching in our factory, traditional tomatoes are transformed into ready-to-eat tomatoes. These tomatoes are mainly used in restaurants, hotels, etc.
They are served with salads, pizzas, pasta (with sauce) or can be by-products for other industrial processes. Different sizes and shapes (halves, julienne, diced) in the types of packaging available are plastic trays or vacuum bags;
- Sun-dried tomatoes in oil
SDT in oil means that our ready-to-eat product is marinated with spices in sunflower or olive oil. We serve this product in jars, cans or trays in a variety of sizes, including halved, julienned and diced.
