Tortellini ASIA

IQF frozen, pre-cooked stuffed pasta from the Professional range by Hilcona. The shape of the Tortellini makes it suitable for dishes with sauce. Based on high quality durum wheat, they are filled with typical Asian vegetables (shiitake, ginger, soy beans, peppers, spring onions) and soy sauce. This pasta is also 100% vegetarian (contains no animal rennet). Simple and quick to prepare, they also tolerate long cooking.
