Tuna ventresca with olive oil

Exclusive product prepared with the meat of the precious Yellowfin tuna. The ventresca is processed fresh and steamed to preserve its quality. It is prepared according to a traditional recipe and kept for a long time in olive oil before being ready to be consumed. It can be consumed alone even with aperitifs, but can also be used as an ingredient in salads, condiments for pasta and for delicious main courses.
