Coconut milk powder

Coconut milk powder is a white fine creamy powder made from coconut cream extracted from Sri Lankan coconut and spray dried to from water-soluble powder. It contains characteristic exotic flavor and aroma of fresh coconuts, and is free from rancid, cheesy or other objectionable flavors and odors.
