Our high quality extra virgin olive oil is the natural juice of the olive elaborated by cold extraction, 100% Arbequina variety.
The arbequina variety is characterized for being a harmonious, soft, light, delicate and sweet oil, almost imperceptible bitter and spicy. In the mouth, it is reminiscent of dried fruits and fruit pulp with light green notes. It presents a fresh fruity smell with fruity aromas and its fluidity gives it a very pleasant sensation when tasting.
Overall it is a balanced and fresh oil that will combine perfectly with any dish, but where it will show its full potential will be when used raw.
