The only ingredients of Prosciutto di San Daniele are legs of Italian pigs,sea salt and the particular microclimate of San Daniele.No preservatives are used.The pigs are born,bred and slaughtered in Italy. All the processing and working phases of the product must take place within the borders of the municipality of San Daniele del Friuli.
