MartinoRossi Professional - Plant-based mix for burger & veggie balls

Plant-based mix from pulses ideal for veggie burgers and veggie balls, totally allergen-free, GMO-free and gluten-free, specifically developed by the MartinoRossi R&D department. It is a dry mix, like flours, and guarantees a 24-month shelf-life, with no need to be stored at low temperature (cost saving). It has a very short label: only four ingredients, two of which are legumes. The mixes are available plain: MartinoRossi guarantees complete customer support in choosing the optimum flavouring. The final texture of the product is excellent, thanks to its high water absorption properties.Also available in the following flavourings: chicken and beef.
