Product’s description
In-shell pistachios are uniform in size, well dried, free of excessive defects, damage, glass, metal and live insects. Our in-shell pistachios are graded according to USDA standards. The color of the base shell and the color of the kernel vary from year to year.
Pistachio size is indicated by the number of whole pistachios per ounce. Sizes range from 16-18 per ounce to 30 or more per ounce. Size availability varies from year to year.
The following varieties are available: raw, roasted salted and roasted without salt.
