Conservation:
- Oils: Protected from light and heat for 18 months.
- Flours: away from heat and humidity for 12 months.
- Spreads: after opening in the refrigerator and consume within 4 to 5 days, before opening for 36 months.
- Sun-dried tomato petals: after opening in the refrigerator, covered in their oil for 2 weeks, before opening for 24 months.
