ORIGINAL MOJITO

Pasteurised without preservatives, this drink is made by freshly squeezing the lemons and limes and macerating the rum with the lemon and lime juices in a cold container (for at least 36 hours). Then add whole, crushed natural mint leaves and macerate for a further 12 hours with the rum and lemon and lime juices. Then add a little water and invert sugar syrup. Then filtered, pasteurised, bottled, refrigerated and labelled.

Ingredients: Golden rum, freshly squeezed lime and lemon juice, mint leaves, water and invert sugar syrup.
