WHITE SANGRIA

Pasteurised without preservatives, the lemons are squeezed and added to the macabeo white wine. The white wine is then macerated in a cold vat for 24 hours with the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Muscat wine, peach syrup, natural watermelon flavouring and invert sugar syrup are then added. Final maceration for a minimum of 12 hours. Then filtered, pasteurised, bottled, refrigerated and labelled.
