Oat bran concentrates

Oat Bran Concentrates contain all the goodness of oats in a concentrated form. They are produced from dehulled oat groats by fine milling and air fractionation. Our Concentrates are perfect for adding fiber, protein and nutrition into various food applications. They are easy to add into bakery products, snack bars or meat alternatives. The Concentrates are also a great source of the soluble fiber beta-glucan, and thus are ideal in adding a healthy boost into products. Recommended for: Gluten-free bakery products, biscuits and snack bars, breakfast cereals, porridge, meat alternatives and sport nutrition The Oat Bran Concentrates come in two variants. Oat Bran Concentrate N15 contains 32% of fibre of which 15% is beta-glucan, and 21% of protein. Oat Bran Concentrate N10 contains 21% of fibre of which 10% is beta-glucan, and 20% of protein.
