Pork Cassoulet from Toulouse

It's in France, in Castelnaudary, that we prepare this "tomaté" cassoulet from Toulouse using a traditional recipe. We cook the sausages and beans from France in a stock whose family recipe has been kept secret for 3 generations.
That's what makes our cassoulet so delicious and authentic!
