Long-life UHT bechamel

Ready-to-cook bechamel sauce subjected to UHT treatment which consists of bringing the product to a high temperature for a few seconds. The UHT heat treatment inactivates the bacterial load making the product hygienically safe.

The subsequent packaging in aseptic conditions and the use of sterilized and protective packaging from air and light allow a prolonged shelf life. The product is intended for all individuals compatible with their state of health.
