Unlike pulp, which uses only the juice, we process the fruit and vegetables in their entirety and do not drain them. This difference is reflected in the flavour and consistency, but above all in the fibre and nutrients.

On average, a pulp contains 2 to 3% fibre, whereas our juices contain an average of 12 to 14%, i.e. 4 times more. Artisanal processing combined with the deep-freezing method preserves the characteristics of the natural fruit.
