Ingredients: 100% roasted sheelled Sesame Seeds.

Pure and unsweetened paste made from roasted shelled sesame seeds. There is not added fat, salt or sugar! It has a homogeneous texture, without lumps or graininess.
The Nigerian sesame variety we use is rich and intense in flavor, and not as tart as other sesame varieties!  With our milling technology, we achieve fineness down to 30 microns, which helps faster absorption by the organism and is easier to add to the food industry! Sesame paste is widely used in the food industry as part of salad sauces, hummus and babaganoush and smoothies.
