Organic Brie

Our organic Brie is made exclusively from milk from certified farms, where the cows are raised according to the strict and rigorous specifications of organic farming. As soon as the weather permits, they have access to pasture. The rest of the time, the cows are fed organic fodder and cereals produced mainly on the farm. Organic farming guarantees food without GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms), without pesticides and without synthetic chemical fertilizers.
