Flavor and aroma: fruity, berry, and citrus: lemon, apple, pear, pineapple, peach, fig, herbal, spicy, floral, mineral. Balanced tannins, giving a silky sensation, with gentle notes of hot pepper typical of this grape variety. Food pairing: semi-soft cheeses made from goat or cow's milk, oysters, seafood, white fish, grilled white meat, pork chops. Serving temperature: 7-11°C. Alcohol content: 13% vol.
