GI PENNE PASTA : contains low GI carbohydrates, is similar to white flour pasta in taste, color and consistency and is recommended by associations supporting diabetics.
White low GI pasta is similar to traditional white wheat pasta in taste, colour and consistency. At the same time, it meets the needs of diabetics and people with carbohydrate metabolism disorders.
Pasta is intended for people with type 1 and 2 diabetes, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome, as well as consumers who are concerned about optimal body weight and healthy eating.
The recipe and first samples were created with the participation of the University of Life Sciences in Lublin. The academic staff has found unusual ingredients that have made our pasta’s IG and GL parameters so low.
