Hazelnut Chocolate spread (with Xylitol)

Our vegan hazelnut chocolate spread with Xylitol is amazingly delicious. With 33% finest hazelnuts from Italy and a rich nut flavour it´s perfect on toast, pancakes, as topping or whatever your heart desires. It is palm oil free and contains 90% less sugar than conventional hazelnut chocolate spreads with added sugar.
