Organic Sunflower Virgin Oil Espelette Pepper

Our oil is made from the sunflower we grow. The seed is cold pressed at very low speed, so that the oil retains all its nutritional qualities and the best aromas. It takes an average of 4 kg of Sunflower to produce one liter of oil and a press produces 3 liters per hour. 

The oil will remain in tanks for 6 weeks prior being bottled without being filtered. The sandstone bottles and their wax-sealed caps guarantee perfect preservation of our oils. 

When bottling our oil, we add organic Espelette chilli powder to it. For 3 months, the bottles are shaken every week so that the Espelette chilli spreads.
