Modena Rose Sweet and Sour Dressing - Organic and Biodynamic - DEMETER

We are proud to be one of the few companies in the Balsamic Vinegar panorama to have developed a complete DEMETER line, entirely from biodynamic agriculture. Our sweet and sour dressing is obtained by combining concentrated grape must with white wine vinegar from Italian grapes from biodynamic agriculture. The white grapes enhance the most delicate and balanced part of the product. This dressing is also characterized by grape must as the first ingredient. To be paired with: cooked or raw vegetables, fried foods, white meats, soft cheeses, cooked or raw fish.
