About
Henry’s brand dates back to 1929. Its creator, Mr. Henri produced it in a small workshop located in a popular area of Casablanca. The biscuit was sold in a consigned tin box called «demi-tine», a unit of measure that corresponds to 1.5 kg.
After the 1940s, the plant was equipped with new machines. The presses were industrialized and moulding was implemented. Printing techniques are used and, from this time, packaging is mechanized. The plant is becoming more efficient and its production capacity is growing by 10 to 15% per year. The brand alone accounts for 95% of the plant’s production until the mid-1980s.
Today, Henry’s is a Moroccan brand under which are sold ten references of biscuits: dry and coated cookies, madeleines and filled cigars.
