Brasserie de Saint-Omer was born of a passion to innovate, to create quality beers based on simple, wholesome raw materials in 1866. The mix of aromas developed by these materials, such as hops and malts, enables us to create a multitude of recipes identical to those of great chefs.

My aim today is to share this passion with you, and enable you to discover all the stages in the making of our beers, from brewing to packaging, beers that you'll enjoy tasting with family and friends.
From the simple, sweet and thirst-quenching beers of the North, brewed in the purest tradition of our "Esprit de terroir", to our special brews for which we take great pleasure in selecting the finest caramel malts for your palate, to our quality abbey beers, brewed under abbey license, where our Master Brewer concocts a quality beer on a pure malt base.
