Choko was founded in 1941 as the industry's first association by 29 soy sauce stores, who have maintained their noren curtains since ancient times, with the aim of producing and selling together. After many changes, we now manufacture our products under the name Choko Soy Sauce Miso Cooperative Association. In 1947, the sales department was separated and Choco Soy Sauce Co, Ltd. was created to deliver products nationwide.

Since our inception, the Choco Group has carefully preserved the traditional brewing techniques of soy sauce and miso, which are the origins of Japanese cuisine, and as a food manufacturer, we have continued to focus on raw materials, meticulously implement strict quality control and introduce state-of-the-art equipment. ・Products that seek "safety, security, high quality" and "deliciousness" in the production of a wide variety of seasonings, including miso, soups, sauces, dressings, vinegars and sauces, and help bring smiles back to the tables of local residents.
