Definition: Product obtained from dried lentils and subsequently rehydrated. Tinplate containers coated with BPA-NI varnish are used and water is added as a covering liquid, hermetically sealed and sterilised.

List of ingredients : Lentil, water, salt and onion flavouring.

Treatment (process): Sterilised low acid vegetable preserve, previously hydrated, blanched, sorted and packaged.

Directions for use/expected use: Heat and serve either on its own or with a lightly fried olive oil.

Storage instructions: Before opening, store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. 
After opening, store between 0 and 4ºC in a closed food container and
consume within 5 days
