We now associate this base of Pâté Picard with another cheese, symbol of neighboring Normandy: Neufchâtel. Made with the same product quality requirements, this blend has just been awarded two Gold Medals (Épicure Competition of the World of Fine Groceries and that of the Saveur des Plaisirs Gourmands 2018 fair)
