Asiago Fresh

Fresh Asiago cheese is produced with whole milk and is matured for at least 20

days. The white or slightly straw colour, is characterized by marked and irregular

cracks and has the taste of freshly drawn milk. It is delicate and enjoyable and

it pleasantly melts in your mouth leaving an irresistable sweet and slighlty sour

taste.
