Costa, in our dialect, actually means hill.

It is here, in the middle of these gentle hills, that our ancestors planted olive trees to obtain the best qualities.
A demanding territory, where thanks to the tenacity and passion of men, olive groves have developed majestically, without ever becoming an intensive crop. An archaic landscape heritage, cared for and almost maintained thanks to the work of generations.

A very rich territory, where different sub-zones, climates and terroirs coexist, from which some of the most popular oils in Italy are born.
