Jamaica Blue Mountain Grade 1 - Green Beans

Our Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is collected from only the highest regions of the Blue Mountains (above 1200 meters) and is pulped within 24 hours of being picked. The coffee is dried over a period of 5 to 7 days then stored in burlap bags for a minimum 8 week resting period. It is then hulled, graded and seperated by size and density. Premium grades are then hand-sorted to remove even the smallest of defects before being packed for shipping in JBM's unique wooden barrels. These are available in three sizes – 70 kg, 30 kg and 15 kg
