CSM GIAS INGREDIENTS

The GIAS story has its roots in the 1930s, when Brahim Slama launched his first olive oil extraction and household soap-making unit. Since then, generations of men and women have succeeded one another, all driven by Brahim's passion for cultivating rich flavors of impeccable quality. Following in this tradition, GIAS, Générale Industrielle Alimentaire Slama, was created in 1983, focusing on the manufacture of butter and margarine. Gradually, other brands aimed at pastry and bakery professionals were launched on the market, such as Feuille d'or, la délicieuse and Vanoise.
